Refund policy
It is my sincere hope that you are happy with your jewelry, but I will accept returns or exchanges on certain conditions:
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your jewelry and let me know the reason for the return. You may request a return for a refund in original form of payment or store credit
Customer is responsible for shipping costs
The piece must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging
Once I receive your return and ensure these steps have been taken, I will initiate a refund or store credit
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately (within 2 days) if the item is damaged or defective so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom pieces, on sale items, or gift cards
I cannot accept refunds due to customer not knowing their ring size. Please be sure of your size when ordering rings. You can get your fingers sized at most local jewelry stores
